Jewelweed, or Impatiens Capensis aka "Touch Me Not", is historically known for its skin healing properties.  The juice from the stem of the Jewelweed plant is used as a treatment for Poison Ivy, Poison Oak and other plant induced rashes.  Jewelweed works by counter-reacting the chemicals in plants that cause irritation.
